Limited One-Year Warranty*

BodyWorks Therapy Equipment warrants all massage accessories to be free of defects in materials and craftsmanship, for a period of one-year from date of purchase. Warranty is exclusive to the original owner, and may require proof of original purchase. Any damage caused by accident, misuse, or normal wear, is not covered by warranty. This warranty is limited to product repair or replacement (at our discretion). Customer is responsible for returning item to BodyWorks for warranty service. All returns require prior authorization, contact BodyWorks for RA# before returning. Warranty replacement items ship pre-paid (at our expense). International customers are responsible for all shipping charges, including any duties and taxes.
